Uniform

There is a compulsory school uniform at Worthinghead. School uniform (with logo) can be purchased online at www.sportsfx.co.uk or directly from the shop at Sports FX, Unit 12B, Victoria Spring Business Park, Wormald Street, Liversedge, WF15 6RA. 

Items of clothing can also be purchased from school outfitters and chain stores. 

We hold a few school sweatshirts, cardigans, P.E t.shirts, book bags and pump bags in school to purchase at the office if more convenient.

Pre-Loved uniform.

At Worthinghead we are very aware of sustainability. We hold regular Pre-Loved Uniform sales to help reduce the amount of clothing that goes into landfill. Families can buy and donate items. We re-sell items for 50p per item. The monies raised go towards the Year 5 residential to Buckden House. We're proud to do our bit to help the environment and save families money.You can use this link to order uniform throughout the year.

House Teams

Children are allocated a house on entry to school. School houses are Oak (red), Beech (dark royal blue), Willow (emerald green).

 

Please help your child by ensuring that all bags, footwear and clothing (including vests) are CLEARLY MARKED with their name.

 

Lost Property

A lost property container can be found in each cloakroom area. Unnamed items are placed in the box, named items are easily returned to their owner. This box is emptied at the end of each term.  You are welcome to come and check for missing items at any time.

 

Hair 

There should be no extreme hairstyles, shavings or colours. Long hair should be tied back with a plain hair bobble and/or band.

 

Jewellery

Watches, a single signet ring and one pair of small stud earrings are permitted; no other jewellery is allowed. There should be no body piercing. All jewellery must be removed for P.E.
